We have thought of everything we have always wanted in a home! This brand-new home is one of the very few located on the Mexico Rocks, a protected marine park system that offers the best snorkeling. Blue Breeze is set on the white sandy beach, providing the ultimate backdrop for a relaxing private getaway. The residence offers generous living spaces, including four bedrooms, 3 of them with their own en-suite bathrooms. There are two identical master suites with large sliding doors leading out to the expansive patio including views that are breathtaking. The third bedroom offers a King Size bed, and the fourth bedroom offers a Queen and Single size bunk bed. In addition, there is a pull out couch in the Living Room. The outdoor spaces are designed to take full advantage of the stunning beachfront setting. A private infinity pool overlooks the sea, offering a serene spot for a refreshing dip. There is even the option to heat the pool which is unheard of on the island. The spacious patio is ideal for lounging in the sun, while the shaded veranda provides a cool retreat for enjoying the gentle sea breeze. This property also features a roof top patio with amazing views of the sea, lagoon, and the incredible Belize sunsets. This luxury property is equipped with all the modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. High-speed internet, air conditioning, an indoor/outdoor built in Sonos entertainment system and cable TV in all bedrooms. There is also have a backup generator, for those that know the island the power can go out from time to time. Guests can also take advantage of the property's 350' private dock, perfect for setting off on a sailing adventure or exploring the vibrant marine life of the Belize Barrier Reef.
