Family preferred. Very nice house located 400 meters from the beach. close to all amenities. on the way down to the beach, you have the bakery, butcher's shop and small shops of basic necessities, cheap and of quality. the big surfaces of the type lidl,mercadona eroski are in the surroundings in san pedro. there is also the centre (DOS MARES (EROSKI)) which is a large surface area with a large shopping gallery with several shops such as MACDONALD,MISCELLANEOUS RESTAURANTS,PERFUMERY,CLOTHING etc................................................................................................................................................................................. in front of the beach,there are all the restaurants lined up and souvenir shops. In the continuity of the beach,there are the PUB,every evening from June to September there is the feria (attractions for young and old. the mud baths on the arm of the sea where you can swim, is totally free and very good for rheumatism etc... think about taking a cure for your well being or even to have a good time. At the bottom of the beach, you will find the tourist office so that it can guide you to better know the places you would like to visit according to your desires and your tastes. The house has 3 bedrooms, bathrooms, 2 toilets, dining room, kitchen, a patio, a shaded terrace, large enough to eat outside and be at sea. the neighborhood is quiet and very nice neighborhood. Celui-ci est très bien placé (10 mn à pied de la promenade du soir, de la fête foraine et du supermarché DIA). Le coin est surtout fréquenté par les touristes Espagnols et il y a de très belles plages du côté de "los najeros". Le propriétaire et sa famille sont très accueillant. La maison est spacieuse et on y est à l'aise. Les soirs ont a beaucoup appréciés la terrasse. Le voisinage est sympa, aucun souci. La plage est à proximité et les commerces aussi. Sur le plan touristique on a pu visiter la plupart des lieux détaillés dans l'annonce, sauf ce qui étaient un peu loin (car là-bas c'est plus pratique avec une voiture).
