"L hôtel est bien entretenu et la proximité avec la mer est agréable. Par contre , entendre de la salsa de 7h30 à 23h non stop , très fort est insupportable ( on entend la musique en continu de notre chambre ) . L’album de Juan LUIS GUERA passait en boucle … Vraiment c’était le gros point négatif de ce séjour . Aussi le petit déjeuner était très moyen . "

"Le rapport qualité prix est bon mais le personnel que j'ai trouvé la nuit ne maîtrise pas bien le système de réservation en ligne. Ils m'ont carrément refusé au prétexte que je n'avais pas de réservation et il a fallu que j'ouvre moi-même leur ordinateur pour leur montrer ma réservation. Ils étaient prêts à me faire sortir sans chercher à rien comprendre ni même me proposer une autre alternative."
