5/5 Great stay, amazing service We had a really great experience at North Beach Retreat. The place was comfortable, well located, and perfect for a relaxing stay. What truly made the difference was Norman. He was outstanding, very helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. It is rare to come across someone that attentive. He made our stay smooth and stress free, and because of him we would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Ronald and his staff did a wonderful job of looking after my wife and i at our recent 10 day stay. The grounds, condo and area were perfect. The food at Opus impressed us at every meal. Thank you so much, we would love to return.

My stay at La Beliza Resort was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, making it easy to enjoy the sun without feeling crowded like we did at other places on the island. There was some sargassum along the beach, but it was everywhere across Ambergris Caye and thanks to the staff working to clean it up every day, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Our trip highlights were visiting Secret Beach and snorkeling at Hol Chan Marine Reserve and both are worth doing. The staff at the resort did a great job coordinating and organizing tours. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

I was Astonished by this property and the staff's exemplary service that accommodated us during our stay. While booking, my internet connection dropped and after refreshing the reservation page, I accidentally booked the wrong month for our intended getaway. I called Expedia 30 seconds after receiving the erroneous confirmation and begged for a revision. They said that because I was at fault, I would lose all of the money I spent on the reservation. Expedia didn't even have a phone number for the hotel and told me that even though I was able to verify the correct phone number through the hotel's facebook page that their policy prohibited them from dialing any number that wasn't listed in their database. I called the hotel direct and was able to modify the dates of our stay to accomodate our flights. Raul reclaimed our trip from the inept hands of expedia. Our room was awesome and so was the staff, I plan on recommending this property to anyone planning on travelling to San Pedro.
