Work was being done to the pathway along by the sea but it didn’t impact on our stay. David was fantastic and we quickly found our way around the local area. There are some areas that need to be updated in the villa, the main bathroom needs a new bath, the second bedroom needs a new bed - the mattress was comfortable but the bed frame was rickety and new chairs are needed at the kitchen table. The whole process for renting was simple. Very good communications from both David and Cari. The villa was in a beautiful setting, overlooking the sea, 2 mins walk. David did mention beforehand that there was a 'digger' parked up and that the local council is in the process of laying a footpath. This didn't spoil anything... the view, even with digger, was wonderful. Américas, Adeje, and Christianos, are all easily accessible, within approx 25-35 mins drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the morning followed by a trip somewhere local. Tried booking again already.... Not available for Xmas though. We will be back :-) ##### Mark W. Alles picobello, Pool ist ausreichend warm (Ende März), der Ausblick wirklich toll. Natürlich ist es in dieser Ecke tendenziell eher windig und der Flughafen ist auch nah... momentan wird wenig geflogen, von daher kann ich wenig zum Fluglärm sagen. ##### Ingo S. Well equipped kitchen, lovely open plan lounge, decent little garden, lovely pool, and most importantly incredible views of the ocean that you could look at for hours!
