Pinehurst is situated close to many cultural and sporting activities. 2 Golf courses, Marina and Bowling green only a short 5 minute walk. Kite and Wind surfing El Medano a 10 minute drive. Popular fishing village of Los Abrigos, with its local fish menus, only a 30 minute spectacular coastal walk.

Sleeps 2/3\. 1 bedroom apartment with Free off road parking, a communal pool and a wrap around balcony giving you fantastic views of the golf course, sea, marina and mountains. Bar and bistro on complex. Within walking distance all the facilities and amenities of Amarilla Golf & Golf del Sur. Approx 10 mins walk to the golf course clubhouse. 5 minute walk to the Bars & restaurants along the sea front and The Wild Geese & Grandee O'donnell's Irish bars.

A recently renovated one bed apartment with the best views over the Marina, Golf course and up to the mountains, with communal pool. 

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, the room also has fitted wardrobes with a safety deposit box, a centre ceiling fan to keep the room comfortable. 

The bathroom also contains a washing machine, toilet, wash basin and walk in shower. 

The kitchen is fitted with a 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Fresh Drinking Water Tap and Dolce Gusto drinks maker. The kitchen opens out into the living room.

The comfortable living room with a corner sofa, 50'' Led Tv, Blueray & Dvd player, Full Uk Tv Package, Sky, Live Sports & over 3000 Movies & Tv Series. The modern glass Dining table with four chairs is extendable. 

Patio doors lead onto a wrap around balcony with some of the best views on Amarilla golf with breath taking views of the mountains, golf course and the marina. Patio furniture including 4 seater dining table for Alfresco dining, sofa, chairs & coffee table. 

Beach Towels included.

The pool area is a short walk away which incudes a shallow pool for children & plenty of Sunbeds.
