Here is a summary of its features: Location: The condominium is located in a central location, just 400 meters from the beach and 150 meters from the pedestrian area. This location allows you to easily reach both the beach and the services and attractions of the center. Structure: It is a five-room apartment on two floors, third and fourth floor, with a maximum capacity of 12 beds. It is composed on the first level of a large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, two bedrooms with double bed and a large bathroom with window. In front of the living room is a huge, completely covered terrace for outdoor dining. The internal staircase leads to the second level, attic with exposed wooden beams. On this level there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with three single beds and a large bathroom with window. From here there is access to a large solarium terrace, partly covered and partly uncovered, furnished with sun loungers. Equipment: The apartment is equipped with air conditioning with an internal unit in every room to ensure comfort throughout the year. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, safe and LCD satellite TV are available. Swimming pool: the condominium has a swimming pool with children's area and solarium furnished with umbrellas and sunbeds.
