One-bedroom flat on the ground floor floor of a semi-detached house in a village surrounded by greenery with large pools for adults and children, very close to the Thermal Baths, approx. 500mt from the sea and 200mt from the shopping promenade. The flat features a private garden with patio (not fenced), a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, an open plan kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, and a full bathroom with a shower box. Equipped with A/C, TV, safe, and one covered parking space. °Final cleaning is not included in the booking price (check below)°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
