"Lovely large suite, very quiet and comfortable with a large bathroom and powerful shower. Staff all good apart from one, who I asked three times to book my room in for a clean and it never happened. She wrote it down on a post it note one day, clicked the computer the next two days and I came back late to room that needed more of a refresh each day. I kept asking her for toilet roll and shower gel as the room hadn’t been cleaned and it still didn’t get done. This left a disappointing end to my stay which was otherwise pleasant."
