You will find 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, along with a living area and well-equipped kitchen. The property features high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, television, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace for your convenience.  
  
Step outside to enjoy your private garden, covered terrace, and private outdoor pool open from May to September. The property also includes a private grill and access to a shared playground, creating an ideal setting for relaxing family vacations or gatherings with friends.  
  
The villa provides 6 shared on-site parking spaces for your convenience. Up to 3 pets are welcome for an extra fee. Events require prior consultation with the property and acceptance of specific conditions. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas of the property.
