It was immaculately clean, with a well-equiped kitchen. You could easily use it with two families since there are two kitchens, multiple bathrooms. It is located next to a working agricultural company so there is some tractor and car traffic right in front of the terrace. It did not bother us but it may be dangerous with small children. Wir haben es wirklich sehr genoßen! Uschi ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Die Sommerhitze war perfekt, da die mittelalterlichen Gebäude kühl waren und es zu jeder Zeit Liegen und Stühle im Schatten oder in der Sonne gabe, so wie wir es gerade brauchten. Die Luft ist so viel angenehmer dort auf dem Berg als in der Stadt. Der Pool war toll, die Räume sehr groß. Einziges Manko war der Schotterweg auf den Berg hoch. The buffet breakfast has a large range of food from fresh fruit to cake. Pool is closed from September and is very small. 20 minute walk from the railway station and lots of nearby restaurants. We hired Lime Bikes which with the numerous cycle lanes in Rimini was very easy to get about. Overall a lovely stay and would go back if ever in Rimini again.
