To ensure you comfort we conduct regular pest control indoors and outdoors . However we cannot guarantee the complete absence of insects or arachnids to minimize the chance of unwanted visitor we kindly ask that you keep doors closed when are not in use. House is out from town in a rural area, but not isolated- felt very safe. Quick drive to downtown San Marcos in just a few minutes without having to get on the highway. For a long stay, no laundry would be a disadvantage.
