Yard was perfect for our furry friends. Bedrooms where very adequate for our family and location was quite and relaxing.Note: keep in mind that we will rent this house again if available. But the sofa in the living room has seen better days. Also, it took about 24 hours for the hot tub to warm up. And there is not adequate lighting in the backyard for our furry friends and just basically hanging out back there. Those are minor little details. The jacuzzi addition is really great. The lot in front of the river is a short walk away from the house but the place is really nice. We enjoyed kayaking and paddling in the river. I found the home very cute and accommodating. I really appreciate how well equipped the kitchen was. The riverside lot property was a very short walk away and well worth it as it exceeded my expectations. ##### Christopher M. It’s two separate lots, it was still great though. The second thing was that the hot tub takes hours to heat up so it would have been nice to know that in advance.
