This three year old build is a duplex but has everything you need! Located in the middle of San Marcos, 2 miles from the beautiful San Marcos River and Downtown, private fenced in back yard for your fur babies, a fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi, smart TVs in all rooms, private outside patio, off street parking and much more!

This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex is small but comes with everything you need! Two separate bedrooms, a private back yard with outside seating, a fully equipted kitchen and much more! Come enjoy this fresh new space here in beautiful San Marcos!

Please let yourself in! We have a lock box on the property so you can access the rental easily! Please park beyond the fence in your designated parking spots marked #1\. We ask that you let us know if you plan on bringing more than 2 vehicles so we can accommodate you.
