"This is a wonderful hotel. A renovated old palazzo, our room (preferred category) was spacious, with high ceilings and large windows with a view over the rooftops. Bathroom is comfortable and modern with a great shower! Breakfast is copious with eggs, bacon and cappuccino included in the price. We were served every morning by Mima, a delightful young server who took great care of us. We even had a quick lunch in the garden on our last day and found the food to be excellent. Location is perfect....

If we had done more than sleep in the room the condition of the tired armchairs might have mattered, but they had been made to look nice. Nice size ensuite with good size shower. "Charming boutique hotel adjacent to the famous Rialto bridge. Water taxi’s were available just outside the front door. Excellent restaurant next door too. Within walking distance to many sites in Venice. Staff was outstanding and went the extra mile to make sure your stay was great. Only complaint was the AC did not cool the room at all.
