The picture looked much nicer than the hotel. In the morning the front of my room “echoed” with rolling luggage going past my door. Sounded like an airport!!! They need some type of carpet to line the walkway. For that reason alone, I will never go to that Super 8 again. Very loud!

They maid had called in sick for our second day stay. So we had no cleaning service, I asked for a discount. But the owner would not give it to us. He offered to give us another room, but we didn't want to pack up our belongings.

My son arrived early to check in for his school tour, asked if they can check in a little early and man at the front desk instigated check in at 3:00 even though there were rooms available. My son called to tell me it wasn’t an option to check in to leave his stuff and Reagan up just before his tour so I called and ask if they would because he had a long drive. Man said, not possible and check in is at 3. I asked and explain the situation and man said he has to pay an extra day! I said “that’s ridiculous - you have extra rooms available and it’s just few hours before 3:00!” He said “ if you want something, you have to pay. No one forced you to come here and I don’t like that you said it’s ridiculous!” I said because it is and they are young kids, tired and had a long drive!” He said well you should read things before you book!” My son had to stay in the car to rest.” Horrible customer service. They just want money which I paid a lot of money for a motel!!! Stay away.

Have stayed in this property for a number of years...gradual deterioration of all aspects of rooms...not moderized...w WiFi slow.only thing t hat has changed is price...which has more than doubled...in $US..I'm Canadian...very poor value.

Several young men were talking outside between 2 and 4 am. The manager asked them to talk more softly but it didn’t last that long and I couldn’t sleep.

Pros: Location
We stayed for just one night. The room had the basics and that was about it. There was no TV guide (something that identified what channels were available. The TV was poorly placed (below eye level from the bed). The room had a musty smell to it - like it needed a good airing out. Everything in the room as cheap as could be. It did appear to be pretty clean though. I suppose that this is par for the course for Super 8's so I really didn't expect much more. One other thing, did not see much presence of breakfast. A couple of containers of cereal was all. Stopped to see if I could get a cup of coffee around 8am. Nothing to be found and no one at the desk. The main reason we stayed there was they were the only place that would accept a dog. BTW, I think that the $20 dog fee is a rip off. Is there anything extra or special provided in the room because there's a dog in it? Not that I could see. And if there is any damage by the pet, there is a $175 deposit to take care of that. So, as I see it, it's just a way to get another $20 out of the guest. Leaves a bad taste! In the end it was OK - managed to get a pretty good night's sleep anyway.

Room was in poor condition. Run down. Very cramped. Remote didn't work. poor choice of tv channels. One tiny bar of soap no shampoo conditioner hand lotion.
