There was a note in the kitchen welcoming us to the home and letting us know there was a bottle of wine in fridge chilling for us. A nice touch. We did have an issue with the TV and internet not working. When I reached out to owner to see if they could help, the response I got was "sorry in the middle of a dinner party"Nothing else until the following morning when were were getting ready to check out asking if it ever came back up. Not great customer service. We were already checking out. Additionally, when we arrived there was a person cleaning as she was leaving, said she was going to refill our sugar for coffee the following morning as there was none. We left for dinner that night and figured she would drop it off while we were out. When we got back to the house nothing had been dropped off.When we left to go out for lunch the following day, we saw the sugar placed on top of the table outside the door. No text, knock or message letting us know. It would have been nice to have been notified of where it was placed at so we could have enjoyed a cup of coffee with sugar.The house was clean and picked up. However, we did notice a black napkin under the coffee table, which was not ours, probably from the previous guest, and a capsule of some sort of medication under one of the chairs. Thank goodness we were not traveling with small kids. Overall, I'd say it was a nice place. ##### MIRTHA B.
