Expidea price is significantly higher. The room with all the fees was way over the advertised price. I will not be booking this hotel in the future or using Expedia. Extremely confusing and disappointing. Especially when front desk clerk tells me the room is lot cheaper than what i payed on Expedia. The hotel is self was quiet and clean. The usual negatives. Location is good . Our room faced a bricked wall. It did have some landscaping. The staff seemed nice. Like I said book with the property itself. With both stays we were impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of ALL of the staff from the front desk to everyone in the restaurant as well as the golf pro shop. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well furnished and the lighting is great in the rooms. Pros: The grounds are beautiful. It's convenient if you like to golf. Great location for exploring. There's lots of elbow room in the room and it's nice with a patio on the greens. If you are there during the live music sessions it's lots of fun. During the music concerts there's outdoor cooking and yummy food available. Cons: Something in closet smelled strongly like pee. Mold on shower ceiling and back of bathroom door. Fixtures and surfaces in need of replacing. TV did not work. We were there last year and that TV needed the front desk lady to enter our room for an hour to fix it. Restaurant is very loud and overwhelming. Waitress sprayed cleaning fluid near us and my husband was chocking. A very drunk obnoxious guy was in the bar/restaurant. Quiet and off the beaten path a bit. The rooms and facilities are showing their age. There'sa jacuzzi but you have to reserve it in advance. Apparently to manage the crowds. Which is ok I guess if you know to make a reservation. But we checked in early evening and by then it was completely booked up.
