You have a front row seat on the beach, with the building extending further out onto the beach than any other so it's like you're alone in a treehouse. The sound of the ocean is wonderful and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony (though there is no shade or table for eating). My kids enjoyed talking the people walking by from the balcony. The condo itself is fine, clean and serviceable, but not exceptional (think popcorn ceilings with costco furniture). Great blackout curtains. There is parking but not very convenient for loading and unloading as everything must be carried through parking garage, through garage door, around building down sidewalk, then up at least two flights of stairs. The microwave smelled like burning electrical wires so we didn't use it, the carpet needed to be replaced. We were grateful for use of the washing machine in the garage. Overall I would recommend it with some caveats regarding accessibility. It is a reasonably good value considering the view but you are definitely paying for the view. ##### Amelie P.
