The vacation home has many amenities, sleeps 6, gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, large windows, gas fireplace, and 2 outdoor spaces. Now accepting requests to bring your dog, ask us if you are eligible! This front end, corner unit has large sliding glass doors bringing in the beautiful sun and fresh sea air. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware and dishes. The living room has amazing vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV with Roku for streaming, gas fireplace and American Leather queen-size sofa sleeper. Additional twin American Leather sofa sleeper in the living room. American Leather sleeper sofas are known as "the world's most comfortable sofa sleeper". All linens for the sofa sleepers are provided. Dining table seats 6 with two additional seats at the bar. Primary bedroom has a king bed and daybed (great for a child to sleep on), flat screen TV equipped with a Roku for streaming, games and puzzles, and a small garden patio. The Second bedroom has a queen bed, and is bright and airy with lots of windows. Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower in the spacious primary bathroom. Upstairs bathroom has a regular tub/shower combo. Coastal-themed fine art throughout adds to your vacation enjoyment. The townhome comes with a full-size washer and dryer, vacuum, and additional fans. Sneak a peek of the ocean off the upstairs deck, located adjacent to main living area and equipped with a propane BBQ grill. Private 1 car garage. If you'd like to bring your pet, please inquire (additional fees will apply and all pets are subject to prior approval). The property was close to the beach were we could esliy stroll the boardwalk which was a great way to start our day and end it. The condo needs to be inspected as some of the windows in the top floor, kitchen/living room area, are broken and due not open. First the garage door keypad never worked, the rental company sent a handyman out right away so the delay was about 40 mins getting into the house. They had a slow leak from bathroom tub and the patio was overgrown with bushes so couldn’t sit out there, but they had a beautiful balcony upstairs that I was on daily. Had a few other issues and the maintenance team fixed immediately and were always available if I needed anything. Avila beach is a beautiful place. Lots of hiking, restaurants, golf and other amazing things to do. It’s relaxing and fun and low key. My favorite place to go on vacation. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
