Full Renovation Completed Feruary 2024 new photos will be uploaded soon! Rental Vacation Condo is a 2200+ sq. ft. 4 bed, 2 bath located in the center of Downtown Pismo Beach. Beach, Pier, and Restaurants are just two blocks away. Two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Both include a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen smart TV to stream with the complimentary Wi-Fi. Downstairs living room has an electric fireplace and Pool Table (cues and billiard balls provided). Upstairs living room is in a large open great room with the kitchen and dining areas and has those wonderful ocean views as well as a deck with a barbecue (propane included). Dining area with 4 chairs and a bench, and a breakfast bar with 4 stools. Sleeps 12 people on 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twins, and 2 queen sofa sleepers. Washer and Dryer. Covered parking for 2 cars.
