The low water pressure in the tub, resulting in an extended filling time, is certainly not the standard of service we strive to provide.Furthermore, the lack of an alternative room with a functional jacuzzi tub and the difficulties you faced in ordering room service are matters of serious concern. It is unacceptable that your calls went unanswered, leading to a disappointing experience.In recognition of the inconvenience caused, we have extended a 20 discount coupon for breakfast as a gesture of goodwill.
