Had to share the master shower rest of stay with other guests. 2nd bedroom TV did not work and master bedroom TV only worked the first night. Master bedroom toilet water kept running after flushed. Easy check in and out. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. There is no AC and the upstairs bedrooms stay warm. One window had to be propped open to allow some air inside. Overall this was a good place to stay for our long weekend in slo. A couple parts of the place could use some attention (multiple windows are broken, some blinds are broken, and the trash was full when we arrived). Also good to note that the upstairs windows open bottom up and do NOT have screens so would not recommend if you have kids. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The pictures did not disappoint. My daughters have allergies to dogs, and they did not have any issues even though this rental allows pets, so cleaning was great. Spacious for 4 adults and definitely a quiet neighborhood. Ease of check in and out, was simple. The communication from the host was a plus, in regard to construction being done on the complex.
