We love Embassy Suites for the great service and the amazing breakfast. Our stay this time was a little disappointing because when we arrived, we were not given a king bed which we had originally booked. The queen room we were offered had a saggy mattress and an oddly low bed. The next day we were able to move rooms to a king size and our stay after that was comfortable.

I stayed at this property way back in 2005. Since then they had renovated the inside and the rooms. But the renovation looks very dated. Not impressed by the room condition. One of the room was a ADA room. The room was clean but the bedding was not up to the mark. The mattress was soft, the sofa bed looks used. The turntable inside the microwave was not present. Will not stay here again

this is a very nice hotel. my only complaint is that the coffee service at 7 am is late for me and the coffee in the hotel room is terrible. Please, god, get better coffee in the room!

This is a very good hotel and with very little effort could be great. Rooms were spacious but furniture was dated. Pillows had definitely seen better days. Bathrooms could be updated, and the tub & sink were not draining. We contacted the front desk and the sink was taken care of but not the tub. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not cleaned. The breakfast was phenomenal, made to order omelettes and a wide selection of other breakfast items. The evening reception was equally good.

Expedia apparently did not share our reservation with Embassy Suites. They could not find our reservation. Fortunately, one employee knew how to access the Expedia site. So, I was disappointed on the Expedia side. The staff was great at the hotel

They allowed my dog to stay and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. The eggs are supplied locally by Cal Poly tech. The only thing that was bad is the AC didn't work in our rooms.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Super Clean. Breakfast was amazing. Traveled with 2 little girls and they absolutely loved the Heated indoor pool. Walking distance to a shopping center with has a Sushi Restaurant.

Overall pleasant stay. Easy check in, staff at the front desk were welcoming and attentive to our needs. The room itself was clean, somewhat in need of some remodel. We had a leaky tub faucet, and issues with the toilet but that was resolved by the staff. Daily breakfast with made to order omelettes made the stay even better. The staff worked hard with the amount of guests present. We enjoyed our stay.
