The price, location, amenities, ect. Everywhere was walking distance. The parking was perfect. The cul-de-sac was great for unloading our things during check in so we didn't have to look for parking ( our truck was too high to park in the garage). The beach was not crowded and the condo was just steps away from the sand. They have beach chairs and towels although we did bring our own. My kiddos slept great in the king size bed. Night time was quiet, even with ppl walking around you couldn't hear them. The coffee maker was a plus lol the shower water was amazing!
