Feels like an old property that's been remodeled and updated, but bed was really firm and the Cable TV (signal) wasn't the best - no channel guide caused endless "flipping"

We are an old property that has been remodeled and updated. In the future if your room is missing TV guide sheet just let front desk know and they would be more than happy to provide you with one.
This place was great for the price and area just a block from the restaurants and shops . Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and spacious but the beds were stiff only thing I suggest is maybe adding some foam mattress to the beds for better comfort. Rooms need microwaves in them as well .

Thank you for your feedback and review, we take eveyones suggestions into consideration and the problem with adding a foam mattress is that they can carry a lot of mites, dust, bacteria and are to hard to keep clean, and not everyone lilkes super soft mattresses and vice versa. and we just removed all the microwaves in the rooms recently other than that we hope you enjoyed your stay and we would love for you to come back and stay with us again.

Thank you for your review, and we do offer coffee in the mornings in the lobby we also provide coffee krug makers with pods in every room. and unfortunately no hotel in town or surrounding towns have over night staff.
Great quiet location one-block back from the bay. Short walk to the old village part of town. Helpful desk staff.
Beautifully renovated property with an elevator, covered parking and a great price when we visited in December.
The room had a leak in the ceiling; there was a dark spot about 3 inches long above the TV. the closet door was broken, the bathroom vent fell off, and the shower head was coming loose. Beds were comfortable.
Took pictures of everything and went to the lobby to show the host. He said he would let management know.

Thank You for staying with us we did check the room that you stayed in so that we could fix those issues and we did not find any leak , or any dark spot. we were able to fix the closet door and the bathroom vent and shower head all very easy but thank you for bring those to our attention sorry we were unable to meet your expectations have a good day

Great location
Location was great, could walk to waterfront shops. This is a no frills hotel. Comfortable beds. A bit noisy so request top floor room.
Excellent stay, newly remodeled, comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the town, Morro Bay and the Big rock! Our sunset views were amazing, would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed at this location a few times over the last few years and it has gone down hill as the name changes. It was very deceiving when booking a room, the picture showed an ocean view. We assumed a deluxe king room with balcony would have ocean view but it did not. Our air conditioning would not work, only the fan. The towel rack broke completely off the wall when hanging up a towel. And the tv/remote were not properly connected which resulted in us having to manually press buttons hidden on back of the television.

The rooms that have the ocean view specifically say deluxe king bed, balcony oceanview. All of the other room types do not say that. We will address the other issues that you encountered. However, please note that if you had brought that to our attention during your stay we would have fixed them immediately or offered your another room. We hope you will give us another opportunity in the future.
This property was very nice and very accommodating. The room was beautiful and had an amazing view. It was so close to downtown. I would definitely stay here again.
Room was great. Location is good, convenient, and quiet. TV was frustrating. Could not get to basic NBC to watch the football game. Channel guide is cut-off but that didn't matter due to remote jumping two clicks for every key.

Bathroom soap dispenser partially ripped off wall. Hanging and unusable. No other soap. When asked desk they did nothing. Said the knew of the issue before we got there. Next day asked for discount. Said no. Also glass to front door shattered. Would never go again

Very convenient location for a night or two in Morro Bay. Room spacious and clean. Small gym too.
The wall air conditioner was horrible! Load. So loud you couldn’t hear tv on with unit on. Hard to get quiet sleep with it on then off no air. No person until 8. Had to wait for checkout. No info when we checked in.

Thank you for your response sorry for the inconvenience but everyone is told when they check inn that the front desk closes at 11:00pm to 7:30am so in the future if you have an issue then let front desk know as early as possible so that they may address the issue
Run down. Shower head had no pressure. Air conditioner unit was loud, ineffective, and there was no digital thermostat. Bolt on door did not work. Parking spots are difficult to use due to support pillars in the way and minimal space and driveway width. Amateur service personnel all seemed to be new with no knowledge. No breakfast or housekeeping. No investment or service and still charge high prices. Poor value.
