From your deck your view includes the Avila Pier, the artistic Avila boardwalk along the beach, Port San Luis and the foothills next to the ocean. Primary Bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Second Bedroom has a full bed. Living room has queen sofa sleeper and twin air bed for flexible sleeping setup. Linens are provided for all sleeping arrangements. It was a Sunday after 5p, the existing plunger was broken, went dow to nearby market to buy new one. Had 2-good Samaritans offer to help us. Offered them 60 for their 1-hour time. It plugged again on late Monday morning. Had to soak up with many towels due to the overflow. Called PM, they had their plumber fix while we were away in the afternoon. They did not complete the job due to leaving the wet towels tainted with fecal matter around the toilet when we got home. Asked for the 60 reimbursement to fix their toilet on a Sunday nite, PM made the moronic comment that they would if we could provide a receipt from the two Good Samaritan strangers. Very disappointed, should have been credited 250 minimum at the end for the expense & trouble in my opinion. We stayed here when attending a family wedding that was nearby. This is a PRIME location in Avila that gives you great access to Avila Beach, the restaurants/shops, and anything you want to do in Avila. There is even a tandem parking garage, so you do not have to work to find limited parking in town. The view from the patio was incredible! We loved staying here! The beds were not the most comfortable beds, but it was not a big enough deal to impact our stay. There were also lots of bonus items that my family enjoyed such as board games/cards. Nice to have a 2 car garage when Avila gets covered up on the weekends. We enjoyed cooking a few meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The balcony is very large and we would have eaten at the outdoor table if not for the cold temps. The gas fireplace was a big plus and did a great job of keeping us warm and cozy. This IS the best view of Avila Beach along the main drive. Access to all restaurants, shops etc. we’re within walking distance. We will definitely look forward to coming back here again as, this was our second time visiting this charming little beach town. We loved our time here…Thank you! ##### Legrand B.
