The property is older and for a party of 5+, is cramped. We did enjoy the 2-car garage, because finding a spot on the street is a nightmare. Pro's on the location: It is walking distance from the pier, beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Con's on the location: No parking (if additional is needed) and people on the street late at night and early in the morning. ##### Doug M. But diagonally. 2015 silverado quad cab no lift. I was worried about parking on the street which was full but it was a great plus for the truck to be in the garage. This house is perfectly located just off the beach and within a block or two of all the hot spots. If you stay in this house there is no need to drive anywhere during your stay because everything is in such short walking distance. The house was nice and clean when we arrived and had no issues during the entire stay.The vacation rental staff are all very friendly and I'm sure would've helped with any issues. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on Saturday and that night the 2nd bathroom’s tub/shower faucet was broken. I called the office and they got back to me Sunday morning saying they would try to get someone to repair it but since it was Sunday no one was available. So another night of all 5 of us having to use one shower. The property management were very apologetic and had a plumber there Monday morning. The location was perfect being a block from downtown and the beach was half a block to the beach. We could see the ocean and pier. It wasn’t noisy even though it’s right on the street. If you’re short bring a step stool for the tall kitchen cabinets. The kitchen is small but well stocked. There’s only a counter with barstools but it worked okay for the 5 of us. The beds we’re comfortable. Having a two car garage was a bonus since parking near the beach and downtown was so convenient. Couldn’t have asked for a better location for home base. Check in and check out was very easy. Property management was great communicating throughout the process. We were celebrating my father’s birthday and this space was perfect for us. Kitchen had everything we needed. We sat on the small patio every morning and evening. The two car garage is a bonus since parking is limited. We brought up the owners card tables for our dinners, games and a puzzle as there is no dining table. We enjoyed the little balcony watching and visiting with people walking by and listening to the waves with our morning coffee. Lots of restaurants to walk to and a nicely appointed kitchen made sheltering in place away from home very easy. Can't wait to go back! ##### Marne and Steve S.
