My son became ill after eating the salmon at the Mediterranean dinner at the restaurant, and we believe it resulted in food poisoning. Unfortunately, he was so sick that we missed our flight and had to end our vacation a day early.
What was most disappointing was the lack of acknowledgment of the situation. When we informed the front desk about what had happened, the only response we received was that they would process our early checkout. A simple apology or some expression of concern would have meant a great deal during such a stressful experience.
Overall, this was a very disappointing end to what should have been a wonderful trip, and I hope you will take this feedback seriously to help prevent similar situations for future guests.

Beautiful view and pool, utilities are a concern - water/power etc. We spent a week here with our 3 daughters, and have traveled many times to Mexico. Being a near new building, we expected less trouble. Antonio did a good job trying to look after things.
