the Bellaria Residence can accommodate up to 4 people and is composed of a large double bedroom with the possibility of an additional single bed. Living room of 30 square meters with sofa bed for 1 square and a half of last generation, plasma TV 50 "and DVD. living and private terrace overlooking the park. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Elegant bathroom with tub / shower.

Our guests will have the possibility to use the private park with a basketball court, benches and children's games. From inside the apartment complex, accessed with entry / exit exclusively in the main public park in San Lazzaro (17ha) and the park of the Cedars of Bologna, where you can enjoy many sporting activities (jogging and fitness trails, Tennis, Cycling , Basketball, Figure skating, Baseball, Football, Bowling).

Points forts : Propreté, état et installations de l’hébergement

Nous avons été reçu avec grande attention, Pierre Paolo avait une amie qui parle français avec lui. À notre arrivée ils nous avait fait une épicerie de base qui était inclus dans nos frais, pâte, pesto, confiture de fraise petit pain sec, gâteau et même une bouteille de vin mousseux c’était une très belle attention. Jamais vu ça ailleurs. Ciao Paolo alla prossima. 🤗

#### Excellent séjour avec un hôte Pier Paolo toujours disponible et extrêmement gentil

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec ma femme. L'appartement est superbe, calme, propre et très bien placé. De plus, nous avons été extrêmement bien accueilli par Pier Paolo qui avait pris soin de nous accueillir avec une amie qui parle français et avec de quoi fêter notre arrivée. Nous vous recommandons cette location. De plus, Bologne est une très belle ville, parfaitement placée pour visiter les autres jolies cités du Nord de l'Italie. #### Appartement lumineux et calme dans un environnement végétal agréable et un propriétaire prévenant.

L' accueil par le propriétaire était parfait : de la gentillesse, de la courtoisie, de la prévenance en toute chose et un accompagnement durant tout le séjour et même sur le retour. Des attentions à l'arrivée comme une sublime sauce tomate maison qui a accompagné nos pâtes. Un appartement très agréable au milieu d'un parc immense planté d'essences superbes à proximité de Bologne, très propre et spacieux, sans bruit. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bien.

This is a great and quiet home with great amenities. Pier Paolo is a wonderful host and stocks the home with plenty of goodies!!!!

#### A great experience near Bologna!

My wife, teenage daughter and I had a wonderful time staying at Bellaria Park. Paola met us very late (sorry!) as our flight was delayed and regularly checked in with us to ensure everything was going well. The property and location are excellent and just a short drive to a large Coop grocery store and train station, and next to a beautiful park which is great for walking or running. Wanda’s Gelateria is a 10 min walk away. The apartment was clean and felt like our home the week we spent there. This was a great experience for us!

Pier Paolo and Pauline were the loveliest hosts for our stay in San Lazzaro. The communication leading up to and during our stay was excellent. They both met us when we arrived and gave us all the info needed. The flat was spotless and there was a lift. Spacious, comfortable and quiet. Pier and Pauline left a feast for us and the table was set - so nice! We had a car and appreciated the dedicated parking spot. We had breakfast and coffee every morning at Pattiseria Repubblica and loved the gelato at Wanda’s!

#### Just great, the apartment is really spacious.

We spent a great time in the apartment, and in the nearby park. Bologna is easy to reach by bus and is a great city to discover. The condo is so quiet and the park makes a difference with de view of the trees and the nature sounds. The small elevator was so funny for our little girl! The owner was so friendly and helpful in everything. We really appreciate that!

#### Beautiful Location with Excellent Accommodation

First visit to Bologna, travelling to Mugello for the Moto GP – great location, peaceful, relaxing, spacious, clean accommodation. Pier and Pauline offering helpful advice on travelling and places of interest to visit – especially the Ducati tour in Bologna. Welcome pack in the apartment was appreciated. If we travel again to the Moto GP would definitely stay here. One to recommend.

Wir hatten die Wohnung für 2 Wochen gemietet und waren sehr mit der gewählten Unterkunft einverstanden: sie ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und günstig gelegen, wenn man Bologna oder die nahe gelegenen Städte der Emilia Romagna besuchen will. Die Fahrt ins Zentrum Bolognas mit dem Bus ist sehr bequem, Ausflüge nach Ravenna, Ferrara, Modena usw. dank der günstigen Autobahnanbindung problemlos zu realisieren. Pier Paolo hat uns mit Gastgeschenken sehr großzügig empfangen und mit zahlreichen Tipps unterstützt und immer wieder von sich aus nachgefragt, ob wir etwas benötigen oder seine Hilfe brauchen. Ganz besonders haben uns seine Herzlichkeit und Zuwendung gefallen, wir hatten das Gefühl, gut und gerne aufgenommen zu sein bei einem Vermieter, der uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich machen wollte.

#### Fantastic apartment, great city and wonderful owner

The apartment is lovely, spacious and comfortable. When we arrived it had been prepared like a show home. We flew into Pisa on a Sunday lunchtime and it was an easy drive over to Bologna. We were met by Pier Paolo and Paula who are so friendly and helpful. I had already been in contact to ask about where best to get some basic foodstuffs on a Sunday afternoon and Pier Paolo had kindly asked me to send him a shopping list so he could get us what we needed that morning. In fact we didn’t need much as he already provided a welcome pack of fruit, water, coffee, etc. In general this just epitomised the care and attention he has taken to being such a great host. The apartment itself is on the third floor and there is a lift. It looks out on to trees and gardens. There is secure private parking and the likes of the supermarket is only a few minutes drive away. Right outside the complex is the number 90 bus stop which will take you right into the centre of Bologna. I think the service stops mid evening although there is another bus to nearby. However, for day trips in it is fantastic for just €1.50 each way and no worries about parking, the ZTL and having a glass of wine or two. It’s about 20 minutes journey into town. It was our first trip to Bologna and we loved it. We would certainly stay here again. Thanks again for a great stay Pier Paolo.
