"Great experience. Staff from front desk to room service and staff around the hot springs are all friendly and professional. Spring tubs and the property in general are well maintained. There is some construction on new buildings but it did not disturb our visit at all. Parking is a minor issue, could not always park in front of our room but did not have to park too far away, Hope to come back and indulge in this relaxing experience again."
