"Great hotel in the heart of Old San Juan"
Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly staff. The hotel roof top pool and Jacuzzi are very nice and private. Between 6 PM and 7 PM the hotel offers to the hotel guests, free wine and cheese and a perfect time to mingle. Also free coffee, tea, cold water and fruits available 24 hours. Walk in distance to museums, parks and Fortress. The little Spanish restaurant, Rosa de Triana, across the street, is very good. Bacardi Rum factory only 20 min away, just a short ride with the ferry and bus to get there. Free rides with the Trolley gets you around Old San Juan. Very nice stay overall and I would definitely recommend it to whoever is interested in walking around, exploring the Old City.

"Awesome hotel in the heart of Condado"
Fantastic small hotel in the heart of Condado, within walking distance to Condado Beach and various restaurants. The rooms were small and very cozy with amazing terraces. The rooftop bar is awesome, with beautiful decor and great service.

"One of the best stays I have had "
Me and my girlfriends went for a weekend fun in Puerto Rico, with our luck though we got there the day after the huge power outrage. However, staying at the ritz Carlton San Juan made everything better. The staff was amazing, every single one of them were kind and always had a smile on their faces. If you were coming in for the first time or if it was your fourth day staying there the staff made it feel like you were coming in for the first time and greeted you like a queen! With the outage they were very able to tell us what places had power or if they were open due to the outage, they gave great recommendations for sight seeing and food! The rooms were some times even cleaned twice in one day! The cleanliness of this hotel is spectacular from your room to the lobby. Service was fast and accommodating. The one downfall was that their pool was under construction but it didn't matter because their beach was just as great and the service there was yet again spectacular. If and when I go back to San Juan I will definitely stay here again!

"Great!"
We took out honeymoon here. The only issue we had was that there was a power outage for 3 days straight which limited our options of where to eat and what we can do. Aside from that, which was out of out hotel's control, we had an amazing time! The hotel was spectacular!

Pocket Guide: San Juan, Puerto Rico Island Luxury Hotels

San Juan is the capital of Puerto Rico, and its cultural hub. Half of the island’s population lives in the greater metropolitan area, and most visitors enter here as well. Old San Juan, with its cobblestone streets and old colonial architecture, lies on a small island connected to the mainland by bridges; it is guarded by 16th and 17th century forts, now World Heritage sites open to the public.
