My girlfriend and I had a great time at Melba's condominium for the following reasons: 1\. The location was across the street from the hotel and beaches, plentiful restaurants nearby, Dollar car rental only 2 blocks away, and a large grocery store only a short 10 minute walk (grocery trolley provided by host in the unit). 2\. The host was extremely diligent in responding to any enquiries. 3\. The unit was exactly as described, a clean and very comfortable 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo. There was an AC in the bedroom with 4 ceiling fans throughout. 4\. The internet and TV were wonderful with remotes provided. 5\. There was a dedicated underground parking spot if you have a vehicle with your own garage door opener. 6\. Clean warm pool accessible to residents only with keys. 7\. The unit was secure with a metal lockable gate in front of the door. 8\. Security guard at front gate entry of building ensuring that only residents or approved visitors allowed to enter.
