Beautiful and Spacious 2 level house villa with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, sleeps 16ppl, situated on the Vistamar area. Our property is about 10 min. from the SJU airport and Isla Verde beach.  
This breathtaking Villa will provide you and your loved ones with 5 start accommodation including a beautiful pool, pool table, grill area, new furnitures, modern kitchen and a spacious garage for up to 3 cars.  
  
First Floor:  
Huge living room, half bathroom and kitchen with a view to the pool and patio, pool table, BBQ, music player and more. The pool area has a full bathroom.  
  
Second Floor: all bedrooms with AC
