Great location to Nightlife in San Juan.
The apartment was in a great location with ample parking. It was clean, however when we checked in, the a/c unit in the bedroom had filters which hadn't been cleaned in ages so water had backed up and ran down the wall which soaked the bed's headboard & mattress and pillows. The rug on that side of the bedroom was also soaked & the floor was wet. The side table had water standing in it. We reached out to the host but never heard from her. So, My husband stood on a chair and cleaned the a/c unit and filters. The floor was mopped and we just hoped the mattress would dry out, which it did eventually. The remote for the TV didn't work, even when we bought new batteries for it. The drain in the shower backed up once which was a problem because it is a 0 entry shower. We would have enjoyed the balcony but the furniture on it was falling apart. Having the trash and the laundry just down the hallway was very convenient. There was also no counter space in the bedroom which would have been nice. Same with the shower--we had to put our bar of soap on the shower floor. The kitchen was fine but a tea towel would have been nice. The apartment was bright and white which was great. All tile, no rugs.

The apartment itself was very tidy & clean. The apartment building was unsafe, dirty, unkept. I felt very uncomfortable staying so, I ended up leaving the property immediately after check-in.

Great Location/Very Clean!
This beautiful apartment presents just as it looks in the pictures. It was extremely clean and beautiful. We loved the location and the vibrancy of the city. Felt very safe and everything was walkable from the beach to restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. We appreciated the gated parking area, this was a stress reliever. Building has laundry facilities at a cost, if needed. Patricia was an excellent host and always responded to any questions we had. We will be visiting again!

The stay was overall amazing, but checking in was a hassle. We couldn’t get in because we didn’t have the four digit code to get our key. We were told it was in our email, but we had all the information, but the code. We were finally able to get a hold of the host and she was able to help us. Other than that the place was very clean and I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, convenient condo in Condado
We rented this condo when we realized that our large family group would not all fit in another property we already had reserved on VRBO. This unit was just a 5-minute walk from the first unit and a great "overflow" option for us. Because I was paying for the unit, but not staying there, there were some minor glitches with check-in communication, but overall communication was quite good. The unit was comfortable, very clean, and the A/C worked well (even in July). Excellent location for walking to the beach and restaurants. Having access to the parking space associated with the unit was a huge plus. Definitely recommend this property!

Roaches
Upon entering the building it was fine until I got to my floor which looked a lil scary so once I got in to my apartment.I moved the chair out to have a seat and roaches started running out I was done I immediately started looking for somewhere to stay for the night . I was afraid to touch anything and as I was walking around the apartment in front of the stove is a dead roach . By this time my anxiety is on 10 I got me a Uber and left I did not stay here and recommend you don’t I am still fighting to get my money back both Vrbo and owner Have not tired to resolve anything. They didn’t try to accommodate me in anyway. Whole vacation was horrible from that point . I will never book or believe there hosting status. There horrible

Everything was great liked that property had great security measures almost hard to gt into but management jumped right on it to gt us buzzed in very clean just like picture only issue there were not just enough tiles or paper towels for a 5 day stay and o construction in the area Hella loud but over all I gv it 4plus only because the small issues I definitely would stay again though

Family Wedding
Patricia’s place was perfect for our stay for a family wedding. We were just 2 blocks from the Condado Vanderbilt, where the reception was held. We were able to walk everywhere from the condo. Very clean and comfortable, exactly as shown online. Would definitely recommend!
