Property had construction going on everyday of the week right outside our window. everyday they started jack hammering at 6am and didn’t stop all day. if we had know there would’ve been construction on our vacation we would have no stayed here.

property was under construction. the hallways of the hotel was dirty. the pool area didnt have umbrellas to cover you as a shade. housekeeping didnt come every day .the staff was courteous. the only positive comment i can give. thank you.

The lobby and first floor of the hotel are nice making you assume the rooms will be just as nice. Our room was not !!! Looked old, toilet kept clogging and the room didn’t look like the picture when booking . Had to ask 3 times for wash clothes because they kept saying they didn’t have any. Only bonus was as a VIP u get free parking. I wouldn’t recommend

Very convenient property. The car park is more than adequate if you have a rental. The staff are professional and helpful. Pulled pork on the breakfast menu was a definite plus and the on site restaurant is pretty good

Not what we expected. Lobby and staff are wonderful. Going upstairs the hallways were nasty and the room was not clean at all. Stains on the linens, bathroom was outdated and water wasn’t hot at night. Hotel was thankfully close to plenty of food options so that was nice. Parking was an extra fee. For the price, we will definitely stay somewhere nicer next time in San Juan.

When i check in at Midnight, i went out for food and drinks. Came back ready to take a shower tub and bathroom was dirty. Called front that morning, and ask of someone can come clean the bathroom. They said they will have someone come and clean it. Left for the beach , seen a worker in the hallway and ask if they can clean my room. They said yes. Came back that evening still no room or bathroom clean. So before heading out that night i stop and ask again and they said they woild have someone go and clean it. Got in extremely late. Came back doen talk to a supervisor and she said that they will take care of it and see what they can do for me. They sent thwo guys up to clean the room, except afterwards they left the trash and didnt vaccum. I stayed at the hotel from april 25-30. The room was clean one time when the guys came up. At checkout at 5 am i ask for a mgr , explained was took place and the lady said she will not check me out and a manager will call me once they get in at 730. Im back home and no call. Ive trying calling 2 days in the row, no answer, mi call back, and no resolution. Horrible experience as well as 1200 down the drain. TRASH!!!!!!!! I will be speaking with my bank.

The property is under renovation and wasnt told that at check in. Requested a balcony room and the answer we recieve was we was full. Check in our room just to see the other building with the balconies is all under renovation

Had a great time on my birthday week, staff was friendly also loved Verace great food. Needs an upgrade on facilities but hotel is still nice and cozy.

The area was good. It was close to the beach and some shops, but the hotel rooms were not updated. They are doing construction outside around the pool area EVERY morning from 8am, even weekends, super loud and not enjoyable to use the pool with that noice, or try to have morning to rest. I would not have booked if i had known this.
