This modern 7th-floor urban retreat comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests in two queen beds and features a private balcony, kitchenette, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to premium amenities. Located next to the Caribe Hilton and steps from Paseo Caribe, beaches, dining, and scenic walking trails, it’s the perfect San Juan getaway. Important Before Arrival – Mandatory Online Check-In: All guests must complete a mandatory online check-in prior to arrival. This step is required before we’re able to share your check-in details, including access instructions. For security reasons, failure to complete the online check-in may result in denial of entry, as we reserve the right of admission. A valid government-issued ID or passport is required and must be presented at reception upon arrival. Welcome to Sunrise Studio, a recently renovated 7th-floor space offering stunning lagoon and city views from your private balcony. Designed with crisp white tones and contemporary accents, the studio provides a bright, airy atmosphere ideal for relaxation or remote work. The studio comfortably accommodates up to four guests with two queen beds featuring plush linens. A full-size closet allows for convenient storage, making it suitable for extended stays. The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-fridge, and essential cookware for preparing light meals. The bathroom features a modern design and is stocked with fresh towels and basic toiletries. Step onto your private balcony to enjoy spectacular sunrise views over the lagoon and skyline. Beach chairs and a small cooler are provided for your convenience when visiting nearby beaches. Guests enjoy full access to Condado Lagoon Villas amenities, including a private pool, hot tub, fitness center, concierge services, and 24-hour security. The complex is equipped with a generator and water tank to ensure comfort during potential service interruptions. Prime location within walking distance to Laguna del Condado (2 min), Escambrón Beach (10 min), and Paseo Caribe (3 min), with restaurants, shops, and nightlife nearby. Old San Juan, cruise terminals, the Convention Center, and Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport are just a short drive away. Uber and taxis are readily available. The property does not include on-site parking; paid self-parking is available at the nearby Paseo Caribe garage (3-minute walk). Security Deposit: A refundable $150 USD security deposit is required per reservation. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out once the property has been inspected and no damages or additional charges are identified. Starter Kit: Travel-size toiletries, 1 towel per guest, 1 beach towel per guest, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish sponge, and 1 bottle of dish soap are provided at check-in. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay. Laundry detergent is not provided. Whether you\`re planning a beach escape, business trip, or extended stay, Sunrise Studio offers comfort, security, and an unbeatable location in the heart of San Juan. ID OR PASSPORT IS REQUIRED FOR THE CHECK-IN PROCESS. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm Check-out time is at 11:00 am NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights. All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors. Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged. Do not hang towels from the windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule. If house rules are not followed and there is excessive garbage in the studio an extra charge could be charged (up to 100% of the cleaning fee). Extra cleaning could be charged if the AC is left off as we would need to clean the mold due to moisture on the wall and ceiling. The host was very responsive and took care of any issues and questions we had. More like a hotel in that it isn't really equipped for eating in as we discovered. Rosemary was always quick to respond whenever I messaged her and provided great recommendations for restaurants and a surfing school. The location is also very convenient because it’s close to Old San Juan, and some restaurants are within walking distance. Even when taking an Uber, rides were only a few dollars. There were issues with the a/c, fridge, ceiling fan light, balcony door locks, dryer, and cleanliness. The unit lists as a 4 guests rental, but beach towels and chairs, glasses, and flatware and dishes supplied were 2 of each. There were no wine glasses, and the dinner plates were styrofoam plates.
