Rosemary was always quick to respond whenever I messaged her and provided great recommendations for restaurants and a surfing school. The location is also very convenient because it’s close to Old San Juan, and some restaurants are within walking distance. Even when taking an Uber, rides were only a few dollars. I’d highly recommend this place if you are traveling to San Juan. ##### Jessie H. The balcony was amazing! There were issues with the a/c, fridge, ceiling fan light, balcony door locks, dryer, and cleanliness. The unit lists as a 4 guests rental, but beach towels and chairs, glasses, and flatware and dishes supplied were 2 of each. There were no wine glasses, and the dinner plates were styrofoam plates. Contacting the host was impossible, and getting a discount on the rental was flat out impossible. ##### Ana M. G.
