Welcome to this charming first-floor rental unit nestled in a three-story building. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room, complete with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxation or accommodating extra guests. The spacious eat-in kitchen offers ample room for family gatherings and culinary adventures.
