Lockbox is not labeled and hard to open. Dragging luggage up 2 flights was not fun. Apartment only has AC in bedroom and a fan in main room, but the remote did not work for fan, so if you wanted the fan on then you had to have the light on. Power switch for fan was hidden behind the tv and hard to locate. Bathroom is connected to bedroom so if 4 people are staying there you must go thru the bedroom. Toilet was have problems flushing as well and the apartment had no view.
