Welcome to our stylish 3 bedroom property nestled by Loiza Street and the beautiful Ocean Park Beach. The open-concept living area is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. With Loiza Street's trendy shops, cafes, and restaurants just steps away, you'll have no shortage of options for entertainment and dining. And of course, the pristine Ocean Park Beach is within easy reach, offering sun, surf, and relaxation. Completely remodeled in October 2023.  
The space  
Our open-concept living area sets the tone for a relaxing and memorable stay. With an emphasis on comfort, every room is equipped with new furniture and appliances, ensuring you feel right at home with the convenience of having washer and dryer without any extra fee. Safety is our priority; hence, our home is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors as well as a fire extinguisher.  
  
Immerse yourself in the local culture with Loiza Street's array of trendy shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants, all just steps away. For beach enthusiasts, the famous Ocean Park Beach is within easy reach, offering sun, surf, and relaxation. Don't forget to take a short drive to Old San Juan and experience its rich history and charm.  
  
Our property is located in a tranquil residential area where our neighbors often have pets. As a result, it's typical to hear the sounds of pets, like barking or chirping, especially in the mornings. While we aim to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for our guests, we want to inform you in advance about the possibility of pet noises in the vicinity.
