It provided plenty of space and value for the money. Great location to Condado and old San Juan Area. I felt safe in the area. Things for others to take into consideration that did not bother me but may be deal breakers for some. —the rental is on the 4th floor and I was able to hear the traffic noise on a busy evening. My travel mate needed noise canceling headphones to sleep. It didn’t bother me. I like the background noise. -the AC unit is loud. And by the master bedroom again it didn’t bother me-the washer had a musty smell to it but didnt affect my clothes when I washed them. -the remote for the fans had a hard time syncing to each fan . For some reason all of the remotes controlled the master bedroom. Travel mate couldn’t get his remote to work so he had to go without the fan impressed to turn the lights off. Five minutes walk to Playa Escambron and various restaurants. Cleanliness and layout of the apartment is top quality. The host Ingrid gave very clear instructions beforehand and was very responsive in a timely manner. Will definitely be our first choice for future trips to Puerto Rico. ##### Zorida M.
