The Don Charlie building is the crown jewel of the neighborhood. Built in the 1940s and recently renovated, your apartment is like what you would find in an elegant Greenwich Village NYC walk up building, but with views of the Condado Lagoon, walking distance to 3 beaches, with sounds of salsa spilling into the streets.

Built in the 1940s and recently renovated, your apartment is like what you would find in an elegant Greenwich Village NYC walk up building, but with views of the Condado Lagoon, walking distance to 3 beaches, with sounds of salsa spilling into the streets. Beaches, paddle boarding, renowned restaurants, and latin nightlife are all right out your front door. This is your perfect launching pad to explore San Juan and all of the island dubbed by locals as Isla del Encanto.  
  
Don Charlie Apartamento 3 is tastefully renovated featuring a large master bedroom with king bed with sitting area and en suite bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, open living & dining room, and a 2nd full bathroom. The apartment includes a private terrace overlooking Miramar.
