Located with amazing views to the San Juan bay and entire city of Santurce.  
located in the heart of Santurce on the famous Cerra Street with Urban Art District, near everthing, local supermarkets, restaurants, bars, Walmart Super Center, Walgreens, Cafe's, a food truck park, beaches, the Condado area, Miramar area and the historical Old San Juan.  
  
The space  
You leave the building and you will be right in the neighborhood nightlife.  
  
Clean Apartment,  
1 bedroom and 1 Bathroom Full kitchen equipment, with living room.  
Bedroom have a queen bed with tv and closet with Portable Air conditioning  
Living Room with comfortable big sofa and HD TV 65"  
The apartment located in the 4 floor of the Condo have a elevator and stairs.  
Perfect, if you want to visit and enjoy Puerto Rico like a local people. From the apartment you can see the nightlife in Santurce. If you want to have a good time alone, as a couple or with friend.  
  
Uber works in PR, and works perfect in San Juan area.  
  
10 minutes Drive to Old San Juan  
6 minutes Drive to Escambron Beach and Condado Area and Condado Bay.  
6 minutes to T-mobile District  
3 minutes walking distances to Walmart and Walgreens  
Just walk out of the building and you'll be in the nightlife and some restaurants.  
  
Other things to note  
IS SANTURCE SAFE?  
San Juan is like any other city ... some areas are safer than others. Santurce can feel a bit dilapidated in spots, but you should feel comfortable exploring the neighborhood during the day (especially if you stick to the areas outlined below). I've done it on my own many times!  
  
At night, I'd recommend getting an Uber or taxi if you plan to walk more than a few blocks. There just won't be many other people walking around, and of course, there's safety in numbers. Again though, my husband and I have walked around the busier areas (like between La Placita, La Penúltima, and Lote 23) at night with no issues. Use your common sense, and you should be fine.  
  
CHECK OUT THE AMAZING STREET ART  
The other kind of art you'll want to see in Santurce is the street art!  
  
You'll find murals practically everywhere you turn in Santurce ... you don't have to look hard at all. For the biggest concentration of outdoor art though, walk along Calle Loiza, Avenida Juan Ponce de León, and Calle Cerra.  
  
San Juan also has an annual street art festival festival called Santurce es Ley (Santurce is law). I'd love to visit during that time to see the murals going up!

Colorful, vibrant, and artsy, that is Santurce! Reminiscent of Miami's Wynwood Arts District or Chicago's West Loop, this San Juan district's fizzy personality is the result of a community of artists coming together year after year to "fix-up" a forgotten neighborhood. The community of artists grew into a movement motivated by the idea that art can change and heal buildings as well as people.  
  
Santurce sits just 10 minutes outside Old San Juan and is one of the island's most free-spirited neighborhoods and every corner is splashed with creativity. Santurce is where many artists claim that the street art movement started developing in Puerto Rico, and a tour around its streets can show you why. Over the years, it has become one of the largest art districts in the Caribbean, establishing world-renowned festivals such as Los Muros Hablan and Santurce es Ley. The neighborhood is home to impressive art galleries and museums, but all you need is step outside and look around to enjoy the ever-changing canvas.  
  
  
  
DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY AT LA PLACITA  
Want a taste of authentic Puerto Rican nightlife? Head to La Placita!  
  
Plaza del Mercado, or La Placita as it's more commonly known, is a traditional market during the day. It truly comes to life in the evening though, as the streets fill with people enjoying the many bars and restaurants that surround it.  
  
Visit La Placita in the evening (Thursday through Saturday are the busiest nights), and you'll be treated to live music and dancing in the streets. Grab a bite to eat or a drink, then join in the fun ... the festive atmosphere is contageous!
