With skyline views from the private balcony, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment provides the perfect getaway for up to 4 guests. Located in the heart of Condado, this ocean front condominium is secured by a gated entrance, ensuring your privacy and safety during your stay. Recently updated and filled with natural light, every detail in our apartment was chosen with your comfort in mind. The first bedroom boasts a queen bed and private bathroom, the second two twin beds and a private bathroom. Perfect for two couples or a small family. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, 4 burner range with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary dishes and utensils. We provide all linens, towels, bathroom amenities, iron/ironing board, and hairdryer for your convenience. Plus, a washer/dryer is located in the kitchen closet for your use. In the case of Wifi and/or cable TV, no refund shall be provided for outages, speed of Wifi, cable content or personal preferences with regard to Wifi and cable TV service. Personal Items: any items left behind by the guest will be held for the guest, and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest to return the items. If items are not claimed after 30 days, they shall become the property of the host. The host shall not be held liable for condition of said items. No refund will be provided for shortened stays due to poor weather conditions, work and/or family emergencies or other commitments. In the event of a natural disaster, a credit will be provided for a future stay. Vehicles: KASA is not responsible for damages made to your vehicle in the parking facilities of any property. Failure to follow these rules and regulations, as well as any and all property and government regulations, in particular public health regulations, will lead to early termination of the reservation without refund. All 4 of us had such a good stay at your accommodation at Kasa Royal Palms. It was really well-located within Condado, and within walking distance to Ocean Park, and Santurce and la Placita, as well as a big grocery and plenty of good restaurants, etc. Everything looked like it did in the photos. Thank you too, for fixing the on-demand hot water situation, so quickly and efficiently. Everything that we needed was provided in the Condo. I agreed with a previous tennant that the bed mattresses were extremely comfortable. Comparitively, this condo rental is a great value, especially in consideration of its location, pool and direct beach access. Yes it's a 1960's building, and is showing it's age, but that did not impede our enjoyment of the place, price and location. We would be happy to book with you again, the next time we travel to beautiful and vibrant Puerto Rico. ##### Dake D. The building is not in the best shape. Just kind of old. Pool is nice but limited seating. Beach access is perfect. You can walk really far and the beach is beautiful! The area felt safe but decent restaurants weren’t close by. Walk to grocery and some food. Area is busy with lots of cars and noise. Air conditioning blocks some noise. The swimming pool is extremely large with the deep end of 9 and 1/2 ft. There is direct access from the pool to the beach with lots of white sand. The beds were extremely nice to the point where I was trying to see who the manufacturer was. The bed sheet tour of a good quality as well. Two things I like to see is host provided coffee and ice in the refrigerator and both were provided. The convenience store in the building provided from basic necessities including milk juice eggs and bread as well as a good cappuccino. Now, however, the beach-facing facade of the building is literally peeling away and many unusable apartments on that side. Barriers around the pool and beach side of building are not shown in the photos. But pool itself is nice and you can’t beat the ready beach access. Apartment is as shown in photos and very clean. But hot water is intermittent and unpredictable. Can’t use balcony due to water collecting under the ac unit and would be too hot anyway. Bedroom ac units work but just barely. Host was responsive but can’t do anything about the infrastructure issues. If nightly cost better reflected these annoyances I’d have given 5 stars.
