Hôtel bien ! Je conseil de tout payé directement
Je vous conseille de tout payé directement lors de l achat sur hôtel.com . Il n y a pas de paiement sur place !!! Cela ce fait par demande d autorisation de prélèvement…. Avec un papier à remplir 72h avant.. l la demande de prélèvement a été faite le jour même et ma banque m à envoyer un sms de confirmation 2h avant mon arrivée que je n ai pas reçu étant sur un autre numéro américain ….. cela a été un gros stress car à mon arrivée à san juan l hôtel était pas payé….et comme il n y a pas d accueil j étais coincé à l aéroport….et je ne pouvais accédé a l hôtel ! L hôtel était correct pour le prix propre et bien placé

Bien situé, cependant des difficultés à entrer surtout sans internet il n'a a a personne à l'accueil. Les chambres sont très minimalistes.

Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. Bruits extérieurs permanents. Service de nettoyage de notre chambre irrégulier. Manque de mobilier dans la chambre, assez sommaire. Idéal pour une nuit de passage, pas pour 10 nuits! Rapport qualité/prix décevant.

Hi , Oliver Thank You for the feedback Future guests please keep in mind basic rooms are bed+bath, for longer stays an apartment is a wise choice more room, more amenities, we have adjusted the iron gates so they aren’t noisy when closed

The place was super clean and the location was really peaceful. The housekeeper was incredibly kind and humble, and the host was respectful and flexible. Overall, I had a great time there and would definitely recommend it!

I'm from the US so perhaps my perspective is different than other travelers. Pros - it was clean. the bed was comfortable. it was mostly quiet (a group of people got together outside and made noise for about an hour in the middle of the night) Cons - this was unlike any hotel I've even encountered before. this "suite" was a single room, maybe 9 x 10 feet, and a small bathroom. it contained a bed and a single tiny side table. the door opened to the outside. i didn't feel unsafe necessarily, but it did feel odd.

The property itself wasn’t bad, and we liked the neighborhood. However, it is a stretch to say that the room sleeps three adults. The couch/futon was too short for my 18-year-old son to sleep comfortably, and my husband and I had to leave the bedroom door open so that the AC would circulate into where the futon is. We ended up changing hotels after two nights. The online staff were friendly and responsive, but the on-site staff (one man in particular) weren’t very welcoming at all.

The word "suites" in the name was not really accurate. It was a bed and a bathroom--even though I booked a room with a siting room included. I should've received a partial refund since I paid for more than what I got. Anyway, it was enough for one person. However, the bed linens were absolutely gross. I had to buy new ones to use while I was there and disinfectant to spray everything down.The bed did not even have a headboard. But the neighborhood was excellent.

The location is convenient as it is in walking distance to grocery store, beaches and restaurants . We had some issues with housekeeping but an effort was made to correct them. We liked that there were areas to sit on the balconies but the roof top area was dirty and had no seats .

Easy to check in. The suite is located in a prime spot that is walkable to many destinations. Various food options within a 2-8 minute walk. The beach is 2-4 minutes away. Clubs are less than 5 minutes away. Generally felt very safe at the property although there was a suspicious character lurking around the room one day. The staff is very responsive and understanding. I felt the room itself could have been a bit more accommodating but the bed, bathroom, air conditioning, and size are all very acceptable and comfortable. Would recommend staying here for travelers on a budget.

beds are clean and comfortable. air conditioning worked just fine. 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants, good location., grocery store across the street has everything. if you plan on exploring the city this is an affordable option. if you want room service and cable tv you will be disappointed.

This hotel provides a clean room with good AC and good internet. Its in walking distance to all restaurants and nightlife, yet it's vicinity is very quiet. Except for this bird that makes whistle noise all night long. But nothing can be done about nature.
