It was close to restaurants, the beach, grocery and other stores yet it was in it's own private community. Safe and quiet. A 5-minute walk from the beach. The owner's responsiveness to a loose shower head was immediate. Such a great find!!! My only regret is having so many activities away from the house that we weren't able to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the home more!
