This third-floor apartment is located in a 165 year old historic building. It offers all the modern conveniences you need for a comfortable stay, including freshly prepared beds with luxury sheets and plush pillows. For your enjoyment there is a 75” Samsung Frame television , so you can watch tv or put your favorite art work. There is a record player, to listen to your favorite music. We have air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room. Plus ceiling fans. Your apartment is located on the third floor. Be aware there is no elevator, as is customary in Old San Juan, so the apartment is accessible by two flights of stairs. Step outside and immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of Fortaleza Street. You’ll be just a short 4-minute walk from Plaza de Armas, the local supermarket, and Plaza Colón. San Sebastián Street, the hub of the famous festival, is only five minutes casual walk away. For history buffs, we’re located on the same cobblestone street down 3 blocks from the Governor’s Mansion. This place was well maintained and in a great location for getting around within Old San Juan. While street noise is apparent in the common living area, it does not exist in either bedroom. Owner was communicative leading up to arrival and provided easy access to the property. Didn't realize we had a TV until one of the picture frames changed. Did not have a car so cannot comment on parkability if renting a car. ##### John H.
