This property is beautiful, really clean. The host is very thoughtful in makking sure you have minor necessities (hand soap, dish wash, ample cooking utensils and pots and pans). Felt like home away from home. Well designed. Beds and pillows are comfortable, ample space. The location is perfect but you will need a rental as the area is not walkable. I would book here again. This place has a superb location—proximity to great beaches, Old San Juan, Santurce, and all of the restaurants, shopping and entertainment you could want within 15-20 mins and easy access to the highway to explore further. The host was always communicative and helpful with instructions. Check-in was easy, flexible and the staff at the condo complex very nice and helpful. The condo opens up to the pool area, a nice terrace to sit and a personal hot tub! If you come with kids, this is a great area to have some down time between excursions while they still have fun in the facilities. There’s AC throughout, which in the heat and humidity of the island in the summer, is a welcome amenity to have! Another plus was the washer and dryer for those going to the beach. Some minor incidentals through the stay but with easy communication with the host, I don’t foresee families running into major issues. And there’s a grocery store nearby (Pueblo), so that’s great to stock up on things you may need. The place was a tranquil retreat after coming back at the end of the day, which was great for us! If you’re in a party mindset, keep in mind that there’s rules at the place that will limit the party vibes. The place is quiet for a reason! Definitely comfortable and fully stocked with anything you could need, so highly recommend! ##### Elaine M. The place was clean, check in was seamless, pool was nice, hot tub was nice. I would definitely stay here again. If there was any drawback it would be that this is not a walkable location.
