Relax in the large living room, cook up your favorites in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and enjoy meals in the inviting outdoor dining area.  
The property is completely gated for added privacy and security, and includes a garage for convenient parking and a laundry area for longer stays.  
  
NOTE: To help conserve energy and prevent damage from excess condensation, please do not leave the air conditioner running when you’re not in the apartment. Overuse of the A/C can cause moisture issues and may result in damage to the unit.  
  
Failure to follow this rule may lead to penalties and could result in early termination of your stay.
