The complex is very safe and secure with gated entrance. Don’t let the exterior scare you. Inside included updated 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen and living room. Hot water and good pressure in both showers. Individual air conditioners in each bedroom plus ceiling fans. Washer and dryer. Beach towels were appreciated. I would recommend dressers for each room and better clothes hangers. Dressers don’t have to be big to have at least 3 to 4 drawers. The property was gated and there was assigned parking. It was kept clean. The condominium was clean when we walked in. The host even had little 2024 graduation candy for daughter who graduated from a University. However, the water in the on suite bedroom fluctuated from hot to cold. The light in the refrigerator didn't work, the light in one bedroom went a few days before we left. The host Frances was very nice and communicative, just the bedroom light wasn't fixed due schedule fluctuations. Other than that the host Frances was very nice and tried helping us. The condo was nice!! Beautiful view of the mountains! Three nice spacious rooms, the beds were soft and comfortable and the bathrooms were clean! I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony.
